Original Hot Yoga, is a series of 26 yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a specific order in a heated room. OHY is practiced by millions around the world and is also referred to as Bikram Yoga and the 26 and 2. OHY is for beginners but it takes a couple classes to get the hang of it. Each posture, or asana, is a challenge based on your own personal ability. The heat helps warm your muscles, prevent injury, and ease pain in your joints. The step-by-step nature of the class makes it suitable for all abilities. You do not need to have any yoga experience or special athletic abilities to practice Original Hot Yoga. Get ready to feel great from the inside out and your skin will never look better! Your body will be stronger and more flexible, your mind will be clear and focused and you will feel calm and content.

HIIT is a full body workout paired up with up-beat music. It combines High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT), muscle toning, and cardio with the healing properties of a heated room. HIIT burns fat and creates lean muscles with rapid results! It will strengthen your core, improve circulation, and increase flexibility.
HIIT is performed on a yoga mat & beach sized towel, just like the hot yoga. Low impact modifications are given for each exercise and each class is taught with an emphasis on mindful movement. Through consistent practice, you will gain health and flexibility and increase neuromuscular control. This will lead to good posture and strength throughout your body. All levels welcome.
